A seasonal favorite! The best seeds are the plump ones, not flat or slimy.
- Wash seeds to remove all orange guts
- Soak seeds overnight in salt water
- Drain water
- Mix seeds with a little olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spread seeds on cookie sheet in a single layer
- Sprinkle lightly with seasoning salt and garlic powder
- Bake for 12 minutes
- Flip seeds
- Sprinkle lightly with seasoning salt and garlic powder
- Bake for 5 minutes or until done
