  1. Wash seeds to remove all orange guts<\/li>\n
  2. Soak seeds overnight in salt water<\/li>\n
  3. Drain water<\/li>\n
  4. Mix seeds with a little olive oil<\/li>\n
  5. Preheat oven to 350<\/li>\n
  6. Spread seeds on cookie sheet in a single layer<\/li>\n
  7. Sprinkle lightly with seasoning salt and garlic powder<\/li>\n
  8. Bake for 12 minutes<\/li>\n
  9. Flip seeds<\/li>\n
