The meals I make at home are (very) rarely made-from-scratch, but they are never unmodified frozen or box meals. So I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m going to start a new category today called, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Ben\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Famous Recipes,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and post the process whenever I cook up some grub. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll start with the Chicken Ceasar Salad I made for dinner tonight.<\/p>\n<p>The Recipe:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Marinade un-frozen chicken breasts in Zesty Italian dressing for at least an hour<\/li>\n<li>Grill up the chicken breasts<\/li>\n<li>Make up a bag-o-salad of the Ceasar variety (available at most grocery stores)<\/li>\n<li>Add carrots (because I like carrots)<\/li>\n<li>Add grape tomatoes (because Lori likes tomatoes, and I will actually eat the grape-type)<\/li>\n<li>Cut the grilled chicken into strips and place on the salad<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Result:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t take long to make and it turned out quite tasty and well-portioned.<\/li>\n<li>The longer the chicken marinades (up to 48 hours in the fridge), the better it gets.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For some reason, people seems to like my cooking, and it seems to be somewhat of a lost art among my generation.
